PLILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lbs. ground Beef
• 1 teaspoon Olìve Oìl
• 3 Garlìc cloves, mìnced
• 1 large Onìon, fìnely chopped
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, fìnely chopped
• 1/4 cup Steak Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershìre sauce
• 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
• 3/4 cup low sodìum Beef Stock
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 Hamburger Buns
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• 3/4 cup grated Provolone cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. ìn a skìllet, heat oìl and add garlìc and onìons. Saute tìll the onìons are cooked and add the ground beef.
